These photographs were taken at Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, Accomack County, Virginia, USA. It was June 26 through 30th, 2001 in 90 degree heat and very humid. Heat waves were a major problem due to the distance of the subjects from the camera/scope. The digital photos were edited in Photoshop.
