All of the photos on this page were taken at Huntley Meadows Park, Fairfax County, Virginia, USA, a favorite birding hotspot of ours. The equipment used was the Nikon CoolPix 990 digital camera and Swarovsky AT80 20~60x spotting scope. The camera was handheld against the scope using a step-up ring to steady the camera lens against the scope occular.
